No Bake Energy Balls

If you are on Pinterest then you probably have seen a gazillion recipes for these fun little snacks! These energy balls are packed with nutritious goodness and taste amazing! You can tweak the recipe any way you'd like and I'm positive they will come out amazing.

These little oatmeal balls are good for a quick grab-and-go breakfast or as a snack. They take 10 minutes to make, are gluten free, easy to make, and are great for any extra baking ingredients you have on hand!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup ***PB2

  • 1/2 cup coconut (any you like)

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup chia seed

  • 2 TBSP cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup honey

***PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that you mix with water to make peanut butter. Personally I prefer this over peanut butter because it saves calories, saves fat, and adds some protein. You can also use peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, etc.

You can also add in any seeds you enjoy, different flavors of chocolates, or flavored oatmeal to tweak the recipe a little!

All you have to do is mix it all up and then roll into balls! It's that easy!! I store mine in a container in the fridge.

Be careful not to eat these all in one sitting haha! They are healthy, but still have calories ;)

Enjoy!!
