HOW IT WORKS + WHATS INCLUDED
PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PROGRAM
I create a workout program that fits your unique lifestyle. I make a program with:
What you enjoy doing
How much time you have available
Your current fitness status
Your access to a gym, weights, etc.
Your health goals
You get access to a special app on your phone that syncs up all your workouts, goals, and habits to a calendar.
Each workout comes with video guidance for every exercise so you're NEVER lost.
You get daily messaging access directly to me to help you with questions, accountability, and support.
I will be checking in on you weekly to make sure you're getting your workouts done and have a plan to reach your current goals.
Upon signup you are given a nutrition pocketbook that includes information on how to eat intuitively, how to create a healthy meal, how to meal plan, etc.
We will work together during checkins and 1:1 calls to teach and guide you through nutritional changes!
