Before you sign up, we start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your goals, current starting point, and if you're a good fit for the coaching program.
If we both agree that you're a good fit, you will then get access to my signature program; Balanced By Blum, where I walk you through 5 phases:
Phase 1: Programming Your Mind For Success
In phase 1, you learn to shift your mindset.
You break down your fears, develop your optimal life, assess your why, focus on gratitude, and you find your unique code to help you function the best.
Phase 2: Developing Healthy Habits
In this phase we dissolve your old unhealthy habits and replace them with successful, positive ones.
We dive into your perfect morning routine, how to think and act more positively, and how to take care of your energy, sleep, stress, water intake, exercise, etc.
Phase 3: Creating a Positive Relationship With Food
You’ll learn all about the harms of dieting, the top eating triggers, and how to eat without stress or guilt all while learning to listen to your body!
In this phase you will learn how to make peace with food, eat your favorite foods without bingeing and eat without putting a label on your eating habits.
Phase 4: Nutrition and Movement
In this phase you learn all about proper nutrition.
NO food rules here.
You will learn exactly how to set up your plate, how to cook from home and grocery shop, what your basic needs are for your body, and how to eat for optimal health.
Phase 5: Positive Body Image
In this final phase we dive into your negative body image.
You will learn how to respect your body and let go of cultural stigmas behind body image, weight loss, and the ideal body type.

Here's The Problem. . .
Here's how most women try to be healthy:
They get a desire to be thinner, healthier, and more confident in their skin.
They start on a diet they heard about; keto, cutting sugar, gluten free, low carb, slashing calories, tracking macros, etc. with hopes to feel better.
But all they do is feel deprived and frustrated and eventually “fall off the wagon”.
Sometimes they end up trying another diet because "maybe the new one will work". Some even see a health professional who just sticks them on another diet!
